  Today My wife and I went to johns cafe in Elizabeth nj and my experience has always been that they had great pizza, but today my wife ordered the spaghetti and meatball and wasnt too fond about the dish...after explaining why she didn't like and she barely ate it, they still charged us for the plate...there was no im sorry for anything...im going to think twice about going back there...poor customer service they need more training in my opinion..

  I've only ever had the pizza and fries and they are good but, the reason I gave johns cafe one star is because the employees. Most of the time I get a super nice girl, but recentley there has been a very rude girl who seems to have a horrible time there and take it out on how she treats the clients. Even then that wasn't the worst expierence, the worst was when the hostile owner took the phone and start yelling at my friend when she was being polite and calm. He would not let her speak and seein as he is the manager or owner you would expect a lot more than some hostile monster yelling on the phone to a 16 year old girl! I'll never order from here again and I'll be sure to tell my friends and family about what has happened.
